Not trying to find a one rep max but looking for a good working weight for WOD.

WOD
2 min to complete 10 full snatches

Rest 1min
4 min to complete 10 rounds of
1 full snatch
1 overhead squat

Rest 1 min
6 min to complete 10 rounds of
1 full Snatch
1 hang snatch
1 over head squat
